This app has been running trouble free for almost 2 years now! I have on occasion wanted to customize certain color and appearance options in which case the customer service has been incredibly helpful and quick…I highly recommend. Show more
Pathetic app. The app affected my store speed significantly. Due to this app, my store's mobile interface started to malfunction, and important icons "menu" and " search" stopped working! I faced so many issues with customer support and lost sales. I have asked the developers to remove all codes, which I hope they have done. I have also asked them to refund my subscriptions, as this app brought more disruptions rather than assistance. Shopify must block this Rivyo app immediately. Show more

The developers have been very, very helpful. I've had issues when I do other updates to my store and the review stars go missing from the top of my product pages and collection pages and they have been able to add them back in. They are very patient and willing to help you solve any issues. Very pleased. Show more
