Their support is awesome to say the least! They solved the problem that the review could not be displayed smoothly due to the specifications of the theme we were using. Every time I send an inquiry by email, the text is very polite and I have a good impression. You can choose to continue using this app with peace of mind knowing that they will support you if you encounter any trouble in the future. While other apps had a hard time importing reviews or making it go smoothly, this one went very smoothly. I don't usually write reviews, but I'm happy to write if it encourages them!
