I have been looking for a reviews app that is easy to configure and I'm glad I found Rivyo Product Review. Installation for the reviews section is very easy with just a click of a button. However, we had trouble adding the stars rating on the shop/collections page as the theme we are using is not listed in the instructions that come with the app. But support was super amazing! Requested them to add the code on our website on a weekend, and in less than 24 hours, they have installed the code! Couldn't have asked for a better app (and support) for product reviews! Show more
it let me add reviews for 3 products and then just stopped working, now I cannot import anything. I click submit review after filling in all the details and its just processes forever. Contacted support and got no help whatsoever Show more
