Honestly, i think i'm in love! having had so many issues with apps like Judge.me trying to get them to do half these things, setting up workflows but them blocking everything behind a payment gateway, then coming to Tydal is so incredibly refreshing! everything just works! It even generates unique discount codes for customer reviews! honestly I am in awe of this app! And the customer service, oh damn! shopify could really learn a lot from Adrian's customer service, it was amazing! nothing was to hard to fix, everything was easily explained, this person is an absolute champion of cs and cx, hats off! will deff use more apps from Tydal as my first port of call in future Show more
