We have been using Rich Returns for a couple weeks now and so far, so good! We are on the basic plan and while it does not accommodate exchanges, it does expedite the entire return process and makes refunds very simple! The support team has been very helpful and quick to respond which is great. We are hoping for a few updates to the app that will make Rich Returns even more competitive with larger, more popular return apps, but all in all this has been a great app to get our returns organized, in one place, and to expedite the process. Rich Returns provides a relatively quick and easy solution for small businesses. They allow for some customization options which are very helpful, but isn't as fully robust as a full ERP or Order Management System solution. The team is also super helpful and quick to reply when we encounter issues. Show more
The best app we found for returns. The customer portal and backend settings are very simple to use, professional-looking, and functional. Customer support is responsive, helpful, and kind. One feature I think would be nice to add is if we can set a % restocking fee, rather than a flat dollar amount. Show more
