Top app and would recommend to anyone. What set's it apart from others is the continuous development and improvements, bringing new features to adapt to changing digital trends. The support is top class too, quick and responsive. Shout out to Adam who helped me with some custom code to enable review images to show on my theme, thanks! Improvements for them to consider: 50 review invitations allowance for the basic plan isn't very many, especially when you factor in test sends being part of this. It would be nice to have maybe 80 or 100 allowance per month, since the next package up has an allowance of 500 per month but is a lot more money to commit as a small business. It would just help our costs grow more organically with sales, but I get for faster growth businesses the extra cost of the next package up wouldn't be a problem.
