I've been using the App for a week now and I'm really impressed with the app and especially with the support! The onboarding process was super comfortable and even with more complicated questions, the support was always there to help me and did a really good job. The backend is very clear and easy to navigate. The integration with Shopify is easy and all widgets are visually very attractive. I also find the price-performance ratio very good compared to other providers, the costs are transparent and the scope of functions great. Easily the worst customer service I've ever received for any product or service. There are lots of cool-sounding features but they're all buggy and don't work on even a basic level. I wasted countless hours going back and forth with customer support, to which they routinely ignored my questions and just spat out obtuse and unhelpful responses. I switched to Klaviyo Reviews and it has been incredible from the very beginning. Save yourself a ton of headaches and go with Klaviyo. Show more
