Una maravilla! La gente es avida de escribir reseñas negativas, pero por voluntad propia es dificil que deje reseñas positivas. Antes usaba apps de solicitud de reseñas por correo, pero quedaba uno dependiendo: 1. Que los proveedores de correo electronico no enviaran los mensajes a SPAM. 2. Que los clientes tuvieran la buena voluntad de aceptar dejar reseñas. Y seamos sinceros, cuantos de nosotros respondemos a reseñas por correo? Pero esta app cambio el juego. Hasta el momento tengo un 43% de respuestas a los mensajes de reseñas enviados. Eso es un numero tremendo! Felicitaciones a los que pensaron esta app! De lo mejor que se han inventado para Shopify! No entiendo a quienes le ponen menos de 5 estrellas a esta app. Si quiere mas que le piquen caña! Jajajaja Show more
Tuve 1 inconveniente y me respondieron tanto por correo como por whatsapp muy amablemente y rápido. Fueron demasiado atentos y me subieron el ánimo de nuevo. Las reseñas me gustan que se pueden compartir en redes sociales y quedan súper bonitas. Aún tengo pocas porque estoy apenas creciendo, pero ya me imagino lo que podré obtener cuando venda mucho más! Ahí vamos...Vale la pena si tienes muchas ventas al menos pagar el LITE Show more
