¡Excelente aplicación! Nos sorprendió el nivel de respuesta de nuestros clientes, más del 40% respondieron a la solicitud de review y en menos de 12 hrs desde que instalamos la app ya tenemos más de 200 reviews de productos. Suena increíble pero es muy real. Como aclaración, las solicitudes que manda la app de los pedidos 60 días antes de la instalación son gratuitos. Los que envia despues de que la instalaste son parte del plan que adquieres. Nos gustaría que se agregue la opción de responder públicamente a los reviews de los clientes y poder mandarle solicitud de edición a los clientes si es que se equivocaron en la calificación.
