I spent two days trying to work out how to get this app up and running on my store. What a waste of my precious time. I needed to create different forms for different products. While this plugin has the configuration capability to do this, it actually doesn't work. So I gave up. Also the instructions are written in poor English and can't be followed. Considering the amount they charge per month, I am sure they could hire an English copywriter on Fiverr to improve the user guide. Show more
