RecurrinGO! Subscriptions App

We migrated from another platform (WordPress) to Shopify and decided to use the RecurrinGO! app for managing our subscriptions. The entire migration process was incredibly smooth and took us only about 10 minutes to export our subscriptions. Setting up the rules and products was a breeze, and we had everything configured in under an hour. One of the standout features of this app is the customization options for the widget. The flexibility it offers is simply amazing – you can tailor the widget to fit any design seamlessly. We even changed our theme during the setup process and were able to easily adjust the widget to match the new theme perfectly. It felt like the widget was a natural part of our site right from the start. The configuration and management of subscription plans couldn't be easier. The app provides endless customization options for the widget, with dozens of templates and hundreds of settings. You can personalize the widget to meet the highest standards, ensuring it matches your brand’s aesthetic perfectly. In terms of functionality it does exactly what I need. I seldom leave reviews but the guys are excellent. Thanks to the team for helping us transitioning our subscription service from another app. They set up the subscription software seamlessly within our purchase flow. Though I wanted some customization options not available within the app, the devs reacted quickly to my requests and made all the changes I needed swiftly. Thank you!

Do not use. Unauthorized charges to my card. Not sure if the app was sold around March but I was a client for 2+ years. In March 2024, things changed with this company. Beware. Support doesn’t reply to claims.

Awful business ethics of the people behind this app. As others have stated, I was on a free plan and without my approval they switched my account to a paid subscription without proper notice. They promised in an email after the change, that any requests to revert back to a free plan would be promptly processed. However, 2 weeks and 2 email requests later, they ignored the request. I have reported this app to Shopify, as this is a violation of their terms.
