Recapture Abandoned Carts

One of the apps that every store owner should have on his list. Better than Mailchimp's option for recovering abandoned carts, but you have integration with MailChimp. Shopify doesn't show you how many dollars a month you are losing to your abandoned carts either, Recapture put the info front and center. We are not seeing an 80% recapture rate after installing this and adjusting some of the info to meet our needs. And we are not doing by just offering discounts. Now one of the bigger things is the Support, it is totally awesome. Without a doubt this is the BEST abandoned cart solution available in the Shopify app store. We've tried using the default ones in our email clients and other apps here in the store, but the results we get with Recapture blows them out of the water every time. Currently we use this across multiple Shopify stores and normally see a 10%+ rev growth each month just by utilizing Recapture. The Recapture team is always quick to respond with any support issues or questions and are extremely open to suggestions. Stop browsing the app store ... You just found the solution you need to easily grow your store's revenue.

I'm thoroughly impressed with Recapture! We saw a 13% boost in revenue during the first month using the app. The setup was pretty simple and the email creation was easier than anticipated. I wanted to know if I set things up properly so I emailed the support team. They got back to me in less than an hour!! My favorite part is the dashboard showing different carts and the status of each one. It shows live carts so it can be a bit addicting. :-) Lastly, it shows the converted carts on that page. I highly recommend this for any store owners looking to increase conversion.
