Punchy is what we have been looking for. Easy to set up, easy to understand by our customers. Also, the team is responsive and open to the improvements to the UI that we've suggested. Definitely recommend.

We chose Punchy because it's intuitive and the customers already know how punch-cards work. Configuring it for our products was straightforward and it started punching products immediately. And within a week we started receiving feedback from our customers about it, which shows they got engaged and the loyalty program is working. Overall a useful app.
This app is great! It helps us keep track of our club purchases. It did have some limitations in the beginning that were standing in our way with how we run the store. However, I reached out for support, and the service and timeliness of the help received were amazing. Within a week or two, they addressed the issues and added the functionality that was needed.
