BOLD AI Upsell & Cross‑Sell

Works well & easy to set up - 5 stars on that front. Yes indeed, it does pay for itself. However, a selection of fonts in the upsell pop-up would provide a better continuity of brand image & prevent a less "salesy" approach than the generic format. It is the sole reason I have chosen other competing apps in the past vs a BoldApps product & will likely not continue with this app. Function & style is essential. Show more

This is a great App that definitely works with the right product to upsell. We have added to our sales with this, without a doubt. There are a few issues that could be improved to make it perfect. If doing a duplicate and hide feature, to upsell a discounted offer - the stock is not tracked correctly in inventory - since it is sold as the duplicated item. So unless you have plenty of something and make separate stock piles for each (full priced regular item, and then discounted upsell item) you run the risk of lots of manual product inventory updates. The other lagging item, is that I can't make an upsell show photos of colour variants specifically - so users would have to leave the checkout process to look at the item and choose a colour - which takes them away from the checkout. I would LOVE it if Bold Apps could do something here - as one of my most popular add-on type items is a handbag with 10 different colours. I would love the upsell pop-up to show all of the colour variant images with an "add to cart" beside them. All in all - I am very impressed by the effectiveness of this simple app, and it does add to your sales volumes at the end of the day :) Show more

Excellent app! We use this app in conjunction with their Product Discounts app to create a "Spend $20, get a free bottle of spice" promotion. Since we began using this app a month ago our sales have skyrocketed. Pretty much all of the Bold apps we have used have been phenomenal and their customer support is top notch! Show more
