Love this app. We used first in a non-traditional way- It allowed us to add a set up fee to any custom order and solve a problem we were having in charging that set up fee only 1 time instead of the quantity of custom items customers would order. If a customer wanted to upload a new logo- the pop up window would arrive to add the set up fee. It worked perfectly. We also used it to recommend and remind our customers of items they needed to purchase as first time buyers which created a customer service feature to our site. This app is quite nice as it targets the customer when they are ready to check out and prompts. Another positive is that you can customise the products offered and what product exactly the trigger is. Nice! Show more
