Easily the best support you will find in apps. All emails were responded within 24 hours and they take care of your problems and make it work for u. I've started getting many reviews. I'm on the premium plan and think the pricing is reasonable for the amount of orders I have (compared with other review apps). Fast forward a few years on, I've still asked for support once in a while and each time the support team have managed to solve my issues and I appreciate their help and will continue to be a loyal customer. If everything works, it works well. If it doesn't work -- you can expect a 3 to 5 day turnaround for technical support. I'm transitioning my 2 business accounts to another company. This will be a net loss of $125 for Stamped.io Show more
