Stamped Reviews & Loyalty

We resolved an issue for a customer and subsequently attempted to remove their review. However, it's still visible on our page even after three days, which is impacting our business. Attempts to reach the Stamped team via the chatbot have been unproductive, leaving me frustrated by the app's slow update times and the persistence of reviews we've chosen to delete. It's disheartening, considering the years spent gathering positive feedback, to think about removing the app over this. Show more

Stamped is great, I use both reviews and loyalty. Affordable plans. Support is super helpful, I have asked them for custom help at least 20 times in the last month as I have updated my site and they have always helped within 24 hours and are very delightful to work with. Some great functionality offered, and it's great when it actually does what it says it will do. But good grief it's painful getting there. Some of the advertised functionality doesn't actually work. Some only works with impractical work arounds. And the UX of the app isn't great. It's the most buggy app I've ever used on Shopify. Plus customer service for anything other than basic stuff is incredibly slow. First responders answer quickly on the helpchat, but then pass you through to a second tier that responds via email and then things get mired down, often to a standstill. And if your issue it too difficult they just quietly abandon it. Show more

This app is great, the dashboard is really user friendly for someone who is inexperienced. I have had to contact support and received fantastic support from Ben who solved my queries promptly and with ease. Definitely recommend this app. There is a great free plan, but also the functions of the paid plan are really good depending on your needs you could go either way. Show more
