I recently decided to add a review app to my store. I looked through a few but ultimately choose Stamped.io because their customer service is amazing. I had a custom theme on my store and it was kind of hard to find the right place to add the code needed for what I wanted. I simply reached out to Stamp.io and with a 24 hours MAX they updated everything. Pricing is also a lot better compared to the other apps. I have been using this app in another store for years and have been very satisficed with the performance and results. I have collected over 1,000 reviews. For my small store it is pretty impressive. Of course when I opened my second store, it was at the top of my list for Apps. I wanted to set it up and import reviews from my first store as the two stores will be very similar and sell the same type of products, and I will be selling internationally and in different currencies. I installed the app and asked right away if they could help me out with this. Again, and as usual they provided top notch customer service. Within hours they had everything set up and working perfectly. We have waiting rather a long time to post this because I think its important we worked through challenges, explore what is possible and test the responsiveness of the Stamp team. We have given 5 stars, because I think we are a 'difficult' and challenging customer and these guys have listened and given us time. They have helped get up & running, and have embraced short comings we have found with the App and where possible fixed them. Note, they added ability for Brands to create rewards from the customer file. for those customers struggling with how to convert points to discounts. We started with Reviews (11 months ago) and have now added Loyalty (3 months ago), moving from another Rewards App. They helped greatly with the migration from our previous Review Solution and Rewards App. Can we particularly thank Judy Show more
