This app does not work as stated. Review imports are nigh on impossible, conflicting info is given re. date formats and errors constantly get thrown up. Also, the app incorrectly inverts dates for some reviews if import achieved - giving future dates for reviews (e.g. 3 December 2024). Also, the app is so slow to update changes made (i.e., 24 hours for a small change to an email review template). Unusable. Show more
There was an issue with my app updating and my reviews showing and James replied quickly and clearly. He fixed the problem for me and i really appreciate his customer service. I definitely recommend this app for all your reviews. Show more
So far I really like Stamped. It came recommended to me. I use their free plan, and it's still very useful. Adds a lot of production value to my store. And their customer support is 1 on 1, very attentive, and able to customize certain things completely for free. Show more
