I’ve set this up to integrate with Klaviyo so a customer gets sent a discount code for submitting a review. It works great and once set up properly the automation saves time and keeps on top of everything. Some small bugs in the admin when displaying changes but didn’t effect what went out to the customer. Support were very helpful in getting it working and displaying how I wanted it on site - very happy with that. I’m only using probably 1/5 of its function - so much more good stuff to implement. Control over what reviews get displayed and check for appropriate content is very useful and stress free. Definitely recommend this product. Update: After using for over a year now, the absolute best part I like about this app is the extremely helpful support. They always get back to me and help find a solution or explain where I can find it. As a small business owner that doesn't have the luxury of an IT dept, knowing there is a team I can depend upon is very reassuring. Show more
