Customer service is awful, the worst I have ever had, it is impossible to get any answers when you have an issue. I would highly suggest choosing a different App. The Chat app says they are available, But I have been trying to talk to someone now for over 2 weeks. I am now looking to change to a better App. UPDATE!!!!! The App is now working, we had a few more glitches and server issues, but the team have been in touch and resolved the issues. Hopefully it will run as expected from now on. Much improved customer service has resulted in my more favourable review. UPDATE BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! I noticed I was getting less reviews and when I checked this company now want to charge me $14.99 per month to collect them, when I signed up they said it was a free app. - DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP - YOU WILL REGRET IT Show more
