Great app, but without the help of the Support team it would not have been possible for us to create the quiz we had in mind. Great & very supportive support team. Compliments! On beforehand it was difficult to know what was possible or not possible with the quiz builder. But that is also the case with other quiz builder apps. We compared three. I don't know how other quiz build apps are as we only used the VQB. Online instructions were not that clear - we thought we had to include and exclude products differently than it seemed in the end. And thought that it would be logic that the result of the quiz could be shown in a choosen sequence. But was not the case. We did choose for sending results via e-mail, but it was not clear we needed to make a certain email integration/sync first. I did not experienced this with other apps before. Maybe ask a higher 'lowest' price option for the app. And make it (if possible) so that users do not need the support team that much. Saves time for the team. And time for the user. And for the team more time to further develop the app. Although development will be partly done, from questions users have ;-). Maybe for the technical persons building the app, a lot of things seem logic. But for users it seems not ;-). But I would certainly recommend the app. For not too complicated quizes. This is a great quiz app. It is easy to set up, and loads quickly. I love that you can add slides with Gifs in between questions-- a unique function. The support is awesome! I had a need that was specific to my site, and Raj worked tirelessly to make it happen. He was very responsive, and did not stop until it was right. I am pleased! Update- Even though the company is under new management, the customer service has still been great. I had a special request and they promptly worked with me to make sure it was done to my specifications! Show more

This quiz app is amazing! The support team is out of this world! Super professional & dedicated. My conversion rate has gonne up in a massive way and it was the best decison i ever made.
