App is super configurable and the support team is super responsive and good with troubleshooting. A+
Currently there is a major issue with this app: when you use shopify markets and have specific warehouse locations for your markets the app is not able to correctly show the inventory of your products on collection pages. This means on the collection page you see "unavailable", although it is actually available on the market. Update: the solutions provided by boost ai are also not practical for the moment. Before you install or decide to use this app make sure that this is fixed or you are missing out. Also: support is super slow at the moment, sometimes it takes them a day or two to message you back in the chat.
We've been using Boost Commerce for a while now with no issues. Quick replies to all our support queries and they sort out things promptly. Highly recommended.
Thought the app and its numerous features were nice, however support ended up being SO terrible. Long delay and most are not knowledgeable. What a waste of time.
