I'm done with this app. We've been using it for several years now, but this is the end. During our Black Friday sale we set up tiered discounts. Some variants of products were discounted 20%, some were 25%. Unfortunately, this app incorrectly discounted all of our variants 25%. It has worked fine for quite some time until we reached out to support and they told us we had two versions installed on our store. While the extra 5% may not seem like much, it is 10% more than we would typically discount our products due to our margins. We will stick with Shopify's automatic discounts going forward, especially since they finally allow you to choose if coupon stacking is an option or not. Show more

I tried removing the discount I had applied and it hasn't applied it to all my products even though the sync was complete. Tried to reach out to customer support as this needs fixing urgently but I'm out of hours - not good enough for an e-comm store. I have uninstalled the app but it has not fixed my problem. Show more
