moderately easy to use. I don't have much experience with digital sales or pushprinting, but I feel like I have enough resources to figure it out. I get confused about offering 'free shipping' by adding it to customer costs, and how that affects my profit margins... but that's all part of the learning curve.
Have been using/working with Printful for 6-7 years now. I've also used their competitors but when it comes to the most important things of a POD app and store owner like user-friendly navigation/integration, product selection, quality of prints and consistency, printful is undoubtedly setting the standard for this business model. Why only 4 stars?: 5 stars is a perfect score and there are definitely things they can work on, just like all apps and companies. I've used or at least did my due-diligence with almost every POD company that there is. Many do offer a wider product range for high quality and niches. Some companies produce better prints and embroidery.
This company has been a pleasure to work with. The quality and consistence has never wavered and I will continue to use them for my E-commerce store and other projects.
So far it has been great, the only thing that has been a challenge is the prices.
Amazing customer service, quality products, timely production, and easy to use (once learned) design tools. Highly recommend.
