Printful has been a terrible option for baby onesies and toddler tees. The designs often get printed crooked or off centered. In corresponding with Printful customer service, they indicated that Printful would not send a replacement product if the design was not off-centered by more than an inch. When it comes to garments for little ones, one inch is a big deal! And our customers would view that as a defect. Very disappointed with Printful.
Great so far except struggling to get Express shipping on my Shopify siye with Prinful. All my POD posters are through Prinful. Struggling to get someone to give me a clear answer or solution. All my prints are being fulfilled in Australia with Printful but why cant I get express option for my customers at checkout??
The interface is seamless and customer service is very responsive. Deliveries are timely. Communication regarding orders via the app are also clear.
Stepped up the embroidery game, way to go!!!!! Would love to start seeing patches and cut&sewn / applique options on demand as well. Keep it up
