They are to big. Support picks up just fine but if you have an issue it turns over to email which as they said "Quick Reply... 24 - 48 Hours". So if an issue need back and forth response it turns into days. Meanwhile your customer is waiting and sometimes you have to cancel. Not good for business. Meanwhile your kinda stuck.
So far I love it. All the products you want to sell with great design tools that help create your brand. Easy integration to sell online

Printful to me is the best POD app available on Shopify. I've tried other POD's to build out my store, but they didn't have selection, ease and support Printful has.
