We recently added PreProduct to our store so that we can start accepting deposits for items we are awaiting stock on. The app was easy to install. The communication and support is fantastic. We needed some small changes to the way the product buttons looked on the site and Oli was able to make these changes for us. Fabulous app and team. It did all we required of a Pre-Order app and the customer support was superb down to a few small customizations needed for our site. Unfortunately our supplier timeframes were not reliable so we've had to uninstall but when they are on-time we will certainly consider bringing it back. Show more
