I had been looking for an app to launch a new product, allowing me to get cash up front to pay for the production as much as possible. This one fit the bill perfectly, the UI is clean and easy and it does the job. Any tweaks I had, were answered fast and resolved by Oli to allow minimum disruption. This app has enabled us to integrate Shopify preorders with our legacy ERP. The ability to defer charging customers for preordered items until we are ready to ship is an amazing feature. We also love the feature that allows customers to manage their order's preorders themselves. Another great feature of this app is the ability to prevent preorder items from being mixed into carts with non-preorder items. Lastly, the best part of PreProduct is their amazing support!!
