POPCUSTOMS: Print on Demand

I have worked with them for almost a year and a half and I’m delighted to see how good they are, I will continue to work with them in my pod business.

ThE slowest response in the industry. The longest production and shop times in the industry. Don’t let cheap prices fool you. If you are connected to Etsy also this place will kill your reviews for their production and shop times. Three week a for a tumbler. I don’t know why Shopify allows them on the platform.

I've been working with them for a while. Some products are of decent quality, but others are just terrible. White colors suit their clothes well because they use white-based textiles. However, they don't dye the entire fabric, so if you stretch the garment even slightly, you can see the white underneath. The towel they offer is more like a dust cloth, not a real towel. They only dye the outer layer, leaving the inside completely white. Selling clothes like this is unacceptable—if you use a dark palette, it will look awful. Horrible.

The app integrates well, and the products have come out looking great, I'm really impressed with the print quality. I got some samples, two different types of tumblers, and the print quality is excellent, way better than some other POD companies that I've used. The tumblers came out true to colour, full wrap and look really good, boxed as well. I got a couple of bags as well and they came out so good, the print is really clear and it gives you that all over print, which I have been looking for, products were great quality. The production time was good, shipping time was within expectations and fully tracked, I do wish it was faster, but if I'm selling to US it will be quicker than the UK shipping. These guys also offer product videos, which is brilliant idea, so I'm recommending.

I love the product catalog and branding options available with this vendor for more attraction to my store.
