Wisepops: AI Popups, Push, CRO

Very disappointed. I reached out several times during my trial to get help and never got proper support. My trial ended without resolving my issue, and I was left with no choice but to stop using the tool. Poor customer service — I can't recommend Wisepop after this experience.

Really amazing app and idea. Notification that is not intrusive and yet works. Just wish it was cheaper and easier to install. I keep having issues with it not showing up on PC or Mobile and with every fix, it works in one and not the other. As a new company, I think the future is bright if they add more features and/or make it cheaper. Show more

I'm loving this Wisepops app! The install into my Shopify store was seamless. The templates are easy to understand and use. They look great on my web-store. I was surprise how easy they were to adjust in speed, timing, etc. They're very professional looking and adjustable to match my brand design. Wisepops staff reached out and provided some feature insight I was unaware of that i'm looking forward to implementing. I'm grateful I chose Wisepops over the other apps. Show more
