UI and UX is great, however, the customer service is awful There is no way to change my collection address in smart send. Customer chatbot service unable to help and the API email they recommended is unresponsive All i want to do is change my collect from address My details on Shopify are correct. I have deleted the plugin and reconnected parcel2go app to no avail. Why is a simple task impossible for them to fix? Show more
