Customer support is the worst. I have been trying to reach out to customer support for the past two months, but there has been no response. I have never experienced this kind of careless support from any app. I am facing cache issues, some functions are not working on some devices, and some features are visible on some devices but not on others.

Company will not reply to any messages or emails. Update: Only after I left 1-star review, the company did respond with a brief message that didn't clearly answer my question, and then asked me to change my review, but has not replied to my follow up question. I am now trying to use the compress images feature, but an error pops up that I can't read. I believe it wants to ask for more money. As others have said, I also discovered this app is charging me usage charges which are not disclosed anywhere. Update #2: I changed the review from 1 to 3 stars. Someone from the app replied to me and pointed out where the additional usage charges are displayed. I don't recall ever seeing this before, but it is there now. The app did improve the speed of my store, but the extra usage charges, bugs with compressing more than 1,000 images, and limited customer service mean it's not a 5-star app.

I’m not going to give them a 1-star as some did because that seems petty. The app seems to work, although I’ve been trusting their analytics to tell me that. My concern is that they have "usage charges," but I have no idea what they’re for. I searched both the FAQ and documentation for "usage," but got nothing. I sent an email asking, but never got a response. I see a number of other reviews that mention this too and, for the record, I’ve checked my junk mail folders. Terrible support, due to no support, removed the app and it left code in the site that broke features in my store. Had Shopify support involved with the issue and they responded several days later "we refunded the customer" leaving no regard to get the code removed from my website. Show more
