Been paying $5 a month for years only to figure out that they have sent 0, yes ZERO, messages all of these years. 6,000+ messages have been pending. I expect them to reach out to me in this case and explain there is an issue instead of me having to figure out that thier app is not working. I am sure they will claim that I didn't do setup correctly or didn't do some action but why take my money all of these years and do nothing to help me? Show more

Disappointing app. It's not built for Shopify at all. Unable to trigger any Shopify flow (including emails). Integrations are super limited. App is unable to request first name in any form - only email. Show more
