The billing is incredibly misleading. The pricing is based on the total number of Shopify orders, not just the orders processed through the app. When I raised this with support, they simply pointed me to an article about their pricing. Why not be upfront about it from the start instead of resorting to these bait-and-switch tactics? I wish Shopify would enforce clearer pricing structures with their developers. What difference does it make how many orders my store gets if I’m not even using the app? To make matters worse, support almost seemed to encourage me to leave a negative review. Show more
