Edited: Customer support reached out and it turned out it was a weird issue with the SSL certificate on our network. I got amazing support in trying to figure out what was going on. The app itself works well but customer support is top notch if/when you need them. ORIGINAL REVIEW: App is usually very reliable but currently there's a server configuration issue. Very customisable and works well. Some other invoice apps don't allow different templates for order invoices and draft invoices. We need different messaging for those, and for different payment statuses since we offer bank deposit as a payment option. This app allows for that and more. And you can set it up to be a download link in your normal order/invoice emails so customer email clients won't accidentally bin your emails due to an attached PDF. Show more
