Missing key features that aren't communicated prior to moving. Moving apps is a real pain. So much is not offered on the lower tier pricing. I moved to higher tier pricing BUT there are still really basic features not available. There is NO currency change option in the app so my worldwide clients cannot use our app, very disappointing. If you ship to multiple countries this app is not for you, i've already moved so now will have to go through the whole process again which took months. Show more

I chose OneMobile since it was the highest rated app on the Shopify app store. I had no idea how to build an app and you don't need to know how because this is a very simple process. I had questions in the beginning before I started customization, and Miley was so patient and helpful. She sent screenshots of exactly what to do which was so awesome! Once I sent my app for approval or publishing, Miley looked over it to make sure I didn't miss anything, and she quickly let me know that my customization looked impressive!
