Victor and his team have found custom solutions for us for three major issues we faced that are not directly related to fraud. For example blocking PO's boxes and more. I have been using NoFraud for over a year on another platform and now that we are moving to Shopify, I am making sure we use it here as well. We used to research suspected fraud orders manually which is very time consuming and a bit risky. NoFraud does all that for us quickly and with a high acceptance rate (higher than other services we've tried). Customer service is always very responive as well.
