Navidium Shipping Protection

We've been a customer since July 2022... so about 6 months of use. It has significantly reduced the question of who to send a replacement order to when it is lost, damaged, or stolen... has given a pool of funds to cover the customers that use this service... and has helped us resend to the customer without question. We do ask for returned damaged goods, images, and if stolen, that a police report be filed (which is done over the phone anymore for a number) Having Navidium has been a great choice when it comes to apps. It seems expensive, but I recommend trying it for 3 months to see if this is right for your company, it certainly was for ours. Show more
