Navidium Shipping Protection

Great app. We previously used a competing insurance app which was good, but mathematically was becoming an added cost per order. This is probably because we have very low incidence rates as we use anti-fraud apps to cancel any suspicious looking orders. Therefore, with a combination of strong anti-fraud software, tracked/signed shipping to further deter any potential scammers, and Navidium, we can basically make added revenue on ±65% of our orders as this is roughly the % of customers who add shipping protection to their basket. I hope Navidium can go from strength to strength and launch a superior anti-fraud system to their offering as then it will be my 1 stop shop and I'll save even more money. No reason to not add this to your website. Show more
