Navidium Shipping Protection

We've been running this shipping protection app for a more than a year now. It's been great. We tried a couple other shipping protection apps in the past. I love how with Navidium I can support our customers rather than sending them to try to have a claim handled by someone else who really doesn't care about them. We can easily take care of shipping issues for customers who take advantage of the protection. The app works great and if there's ever a glitch (as there can be in all apps) the developers are quick to fix it. The only complaint I have is with myself. I've been so used to not having a dashboard for shipping protection, I forget to use the Navidium dashboard and still use a spreadsheet. I will get there and the dashboard looks handy! Show more

Navidium is a must for a small business, especially when shipping delicate items. We switched from another big name and should have started with these guys from the get go. It makes sense that we control the fees and retain costs unlike the other similar apps to which they keep all of the fees.
