I have had an incredibly frustrating experience with MYOB Sync. The customer service is absolutely shocking (up to 2 weeks between replies). They show no interest in trying to resolve syncing issues, which I am certain would be affecting many other Shopify stores as well. The primary function of this program is to ensure seamless syncing between MYOB and Shopify, its syncs some online orders but fails with POS and international orders. Instead of providing solutions, the support team seems indifferent and unresponsive to concerns. This lack of support and attention to resolving issues has caused significant disruptions to my business operations. I cannot recommend MYOB Sync to anyone looking for reliable integration between MYOB and Shopify. Save yourself the trouble and look for an alternative solution that actually works and has a support team that cares about their customers. Show more
We have been using MYOB sync for a year now and it works great. The initial setup and testing did take longer than expected but once its working it is very good. We had a recent issue which turned out to be a simple fix but Sam was able to help us the same day which was excellent. As a business owner, knowing we have solid customer support is a huge advantage with this app. Recommended! Show more
