They are the best : one day production time, customer service answers in minutes, I receive only 5 stars for the quality of their metal signs and the fast shipping time and so on. My sales increased 500% since I stared working with them in April and things are going better and better ! I can't wait to see how the Q4 will be !

Great selection of products to choose from and Brad and his team have always been quick to respond to any issues or questions I've had. They've recently switched manufacturers for the metal wall art product and it's been a major major upgrade - not only in product quality but in shipping times. No other metal wall art company can compare imo. They also offer a host of free content to help you with your selling journey.

I love the wide range of products they offer and know that they have been working super hard to incorporate some new integrations and things that will make it easier for us in the long run, but at with anything, there are some kinks that need to be worked out. Live Previews for personalized products still have a few bugs and sometimes it takes a while for support to get back to you on issues. I know they are busy, but it does take quite a while to get any kind of response and even then, it's a little curt and short. Also, if you want any product descriptions that aren't just one or two sentence blips, modify prices, or make changes to the sizes and/or colors you offer, it can take a REALLY long time to get things set up and functioning properly (which I still have a couple of glitches after hours and hours of work). I am super hopeful that the process for my customers will be seamless and I am confident that they are working hard to make everything work the way it is supposed to. I debated between a three and four star, but am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt in the hopes they will be able to fulfill recent promises as I really like the products they offer and want them to succeed. Their success can result in more success for me. I'm looking forward to seeing how well these products are received and what they can and will do in the future.

I think My Easy Monogram has a huge catalog of the best quality products and I love they’re manufactured in the USA!!! I already downloaded the MEM app to my shopify store, its easy to work with and I like that Brad keeps communicating about updates. Now I’m in the process of choosing the products to add to my store, and everything is working fine. I know that there were some issues in the past; I’m happy that management changed recently and it’s amazing to have also the support and success experience of Michelle!

I installed the app and had a problem with setting it up it and Brad was very helpful. They took over my store and solved this problem next day. I’m so excited to work with MEM because they have a lot products to offer and a variety of options of sizes and colors.
