I have had wonderful experience with Webkul. Their product works according to my requirements, they have good documentation that allows me to self-manage and setup the features, and support is very responsive. Additionally, They have been very accommodative of my requirements. Their products are build keeping modularity in mind therefore when I try to merge 2 or 3 features, it compromises the intuitiveness. It a minor inconvenience. Knowing this beforehand, I would still buy their products for the features, punctual support, and helpful. Keep up the good work and happy to continue the collaboration. Show more
Update June 2023: Continues to be the best marketplace app out there - with outstanding support! With regular updates and new features. Very happy. Best multi-vendor app I found. Have been working with it for a few weeks now. Easy to install and use. Various ways to configure it so it matches the style of our shop. The FAQs and detailed step-by-step explanation on their website is outstanding. And best of all: The support team is terrific. Show more

Signed up for the free trial, but right away the system appears to be clunky and cumbersome, so I wanted to cancel the trial same day. Well, there is NO WAY TO CANCEL and you can't speak to anyone and the chatbot says it will be many hours before they can get back to me. This is poor customer experience and it's been less than 24 hours. My advice is DO NOT INSTALL OR ACCEPT THE FREE TRIAL BECAUSE IT WILL BE HARD TO CANCEL --UPDATE- you have to uninstall the app and supposedly it will automatically cancel the free trial, yet there's absolutely no information in the app to tell you this is the way it works. I still stick to my 1 star review. I now associate this company with "frustration" Show more
