This morning I tried to connect Shopify to Moneybird, but one way or another got a 404 error. I went to Combidesk for help, used the chat and Tim did an amazing job helping me out! He was patient, friendly and helped me step by step to get the problem (that was on my end, not because of Combidesk) fixed. He outdid himself by walking the extra mile and setup the complete settings for my Shopify / Moneybird connection as well. Works like a charm. Very happy customer here! Show more
Het afgelopen weekend ben ik bezig geweest om Moneybird boekhouding te koppelen aan Shopify. Het lukte maar niet dus ik heb een hulp afspraak ingepland. Ik ben fijn geholpen door Simon van Combidesk. Het was makkelijk te organiseren, ik kon mijn tijd kiezen en er werd rustig door de stappen heen gelopen. Show more
Ik heb deze app een tijd terug geïnstalleerd. In eerste instantie werkte alles prima en werd ik goed geholpen. Helaas geeft de koppeling nu enkele foutmeldingen waardoor ik wekelijks tientallen retouren handmatig alsnog in moet vullen. Contact gezocht met Tim en die zou het probleem binnen enkele dagen oplossen / er op terug komen. Helaas heb ik daarna nooit meer een reactie ontvangen en we zijn inmiddels bijna 3 weken verder. Het kost ons nu super veel handmatig werk omdat we alle creditfacturen handmatig moeten aanpassen naar het juiste bedrag en het juiste BTW tarief. Hopelijk komt er snel een oplossing anders is de app van Webwinkelfacturen 10x beter. Show more
