When this app created a store in the Microsoft Merchant Center, it doesn't use my custom domain but instead used the Shopify domain like something.myshopify.com, but later when it uploaded my products, it used my custom domain. Due to the domain mismatch, all my products got rejected, and that caused me a lot of troubles! Show more
I got a generic disapproval email for the platform. I reached out to support, which took roughly an hour of chatting. After a day of investigation, I got back "your store will remain inactive. For privacy and security reasons, we cannot provide details around your specific store" which seems to kinda defeat the purpose of contacting support. It was frustrating to spend a lot of time on my end and provide so much data to them with this outcome. Additionally, the support team seemed kinda trigger happy on selling me on other unrelated advertising products, which is super annoying. Show more

Doesn't work if your store uses custom policy pages. We are trying to set this up and can't get it done because there's a "checklist" your store must comply with to be able to use the app. One of the requirements is to have a Privacy and Terms policy pages done THROUGH SHOPIFY. We have these as custom pages on our website, and the app won't recognize them. It keeps redirecting us to the native Shopify functionality which we don't want to use. Show more
