If you look for an automatic way of displaying different delivery times depending on the stock / inventory level, then don't look further. These guys can set it up with the conditions you need. I'm totally excited as Shopify doesn't offer this out of the box, but in Germany and Europe in general, it is a legal requirement to show the correct expected delievery times.
