Be aware, they charged my credit card after months because they said that they forgot to charge taxes when I placed the orders. I contacted them and explained that they can’t ask merchants to pay for their mistake. No reply so far

We are working with Picanova already for about two years, the App reliefs a lot of work for Shop owners because the print on demand functions automatically and the customer services reacts in an extrem speed. We never got dissapointed and you always have great support for any requests. The App itself is perfectly interactive and you understand the principle quickly. We've been working with picanova for approximately 1.5 years now. We started off with an manual approach using their B2B portal. After a year of learning, expanding and developing we are highly motivated do continue our growth using the automated API connection. Once you've reach a curtain volume you will get a sales account assigned supporting your endeavors. The support's been great so far. Pricing and terms seem to be reasonably fair. We also trust in the quality of their products. It's not that the products are flawless, but if you'll encounter any issues, the replacement or refund is more than customer friendly. A true hidden champion.
