Less than 1 if I could! My account was terminated for "sending spam." even if my spam score WAS 0%! No notice, no way to re-up my account. Waste of money and a waste of time! Not even a refund! Don't switch from Mailchimp!
I'm unable to install the app. It says "shopify.mailerlite.com refused to connect." If the app is no more supported, then the same should be taken down. Otherwise please let us know how to install the app. If there is any special permission required before installation, etc.
We switched from Mailchimp in August 2017. The HTML editing capabilities weren't as good but the pricing levels and automation available drew us. A year and a half later we are still super happy. It is simplistic in use, the new additions to editing functions and statistics made it even better. I love the click maps, segmentation and with some graphic design skills, you can supercharge your designs for mailers.
I've been using this app for almost a year now and I'm a happy customer. Their automations work very well. The integration process with squarespace and shopify was very smooth. Their customer service is top notch, very nice people and very fast. I would like to be able to customize lading pages more, but this is not their main feature after all.
Great interface, but when going to send emails with the paid account they declined the sending and said I need to get them proof of other email campaigns and send 1000 first... nightmare and waste of time well I am trying to send out black friday emails....
