After an intensive evaluation of the options, we decided to choose Magenative App Builder to transition our app. Among the main reasons we chose Magenative: - Magenative is a consistent provider inside Shopify ecosystem, they have a strong record of other services provided for Shopify users. (Our previous provider was not updated to shopify requirements and was eventually withdrawn from the app store, thus ending our app functionality) - Magenative top tier plan costs approximately 50% less than the other good providers on shopify app store. Since we are a store based in Brazil, the exchange rates really force us to be price oriented - Magenative support is incredible. Once you install the app the support team reaches out to you on Whatsapp and communication flows wonderfully despite the different time zones - Working with Magenative support team we were able to apply specific changes to our app layout and functionality and the team was very opened to hear from us and apply all possible changes - We have ownership over our app. Once Magenative finishes development, they hand over to you the access to both Apple store and Google developer accounts - the app configuration tool on the dashboard is very easy and you can make changes to your app layout easier than making changes to your website. Also, those changes take effect almost immediately I am making this review after launching our app fully functional nearly a month ago and everything looks very consistent.
